Everlasting: Check out Psalm 90:1-2. Listed below are the same 2 verses, but 3 different styles of translation.
Psalm 90:1-2 (NIV) “Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. Before the mountains were born or before you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.”
Psalm 90:1-2 (New Living Translation) “Lord, through all the generations you have been our home! Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from beginning to end, you are God.”
Psalm 90:1-2 (The Message) “God, it seems you’ve been our home forever; long before the mountains were born, Long before you brought earth itself to birth, from ‘once upon a time’ to ‘kingdom come’—you are God.”
Spend time today to praise God that He will always be here for us. He will always be our Redeemer, our Refuge, our Fortress, our Strength, and our Hope. God will always be our Salvation and our Light, the Mighty One, the Holy one, worthy of our praise!
Take the time right now to read God’s Word. Go find your Bible, borrow one, or look these verses up on the web. Meditate on these verses and praise God for who He is; the Everlasting, Eternal God. Isaiah 40:27-31, Timothy 1:15-17, Deuteronomy 33:27, Romans 16:25-27, and Hebrews 9:14.
