Exodus 15:1-4
1 Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the LORD :
“I will sing to the LORD,
for he is highly exalted.
The horse and its rider
he has hurled into the sea.
2 The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
He is my God, and I will praise him,
my father’s God, and I will exalt him.
3 The LORD is a warrior;
the LORD is his name.
4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his army
he has hurled into the sea.
The best of Pharaoh’s officers
are drowned in the Red Sea.

Exodus 15:11
“Who among the gods is like you, O LORD ?
Who is like you-
majestic in holiness,
awesome in glory,
working wonders?

for ever and ever.”

A Crazy Idea
Try writing your own praise song to God! It doesn’t have to rhyme, it doesn’t have to be to music, and you don’t have to post it. Just try writing down a few things that you can praise God for from your own personal experiences. It’ll be like your personal testimony praise song. How has God rescued you? How has He been faithful? What has He done in your life that you can praise and worship Him for?
